Are kettlebells dangerous? Any exercise done wrong is dangerous. This is why you should seek supervision from a qualified trainer to learn the movements correctly. When done properly, kettlebells are a very safe and effective way to build a strong body and healthy body. Will kettlebells make me bulky? In order to get bulky you have to eat a lot food and train very heavy. Most people that want to be bulky don't get bulky with their workouts so I wouldn't worry about that. Why should I hire a trainer when I can watch youTube videos? You can't watch your form correctly in a mirror and proper supervision is the only way to learn kettlebell exercise correctly.
