PowerFit is defined as the ability to act in good health. This definition is what all of our programs are based around, giving you the knowledge so you can live a healthy life. We don't offer short-term diet plans or workouts that force you to rely on having a trainer for your entire life. We want you to learn the basics of nutrition and exercise so that you can be healthy for the rest of your life.

We offer in home training and weight management programs in the privacy and comfort of your own home as well as kettlebell classes at North Shore Crossfit.
